"Kim is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with low supply, yeast and mastitis between both of my boys and Kim has been a tremendous help through each and every challenge I’ve encountered along the way. She not only has a wealth of knowledge but has incredible first hand experience as well. I was at such a loss when I tried contacting lactation consultants in my area only to find no one would get back to me. Kim responded to me within the hour I contacted her and was able to identify the problem and help me manage my pain until I was seen by a dr for a prescription. She is so kind and genuinely loves what she does and wants to help women in their breastfeeding, pumping or bottle feeding journeys. I am so excited to continue working with her in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me “Embrace Lactation.”
Solids & Weaning Package $350 - SAVE $274
One Initial Consultation - 90min
An initial consultation typically includes a comprehensive assessment of the mother and baby's breastfeeding/Solid food journey. During this session, Kimberly will gather detailed information about the mother's medical history, previous breastfeeding experiences, and any specific concerns or challenges she may be facing. Kimberly will observe a breastfeeding session (if needed) to evaluate the baby's latch, feeding patterns, and overall effectiveness of breastfeeding. Additionally, she provides personalized recommendations tailored to the family's needs, which may include techniques for solid introduction, baby led weaning, purees, finger foods and how to balance nursing or bottle feeding and solids. This empowers parents with evidence-based information, fosters confidence in their breastfeeding/infant feeding abilities, and establishes a supportive relationship that can lead to a more successful breastfeeding experience.
Three Follow Up Consultations - 60 min each
A follow-up consultation is essential for monitoring the progress of breastfeeding/infant feeding and addressing any ongoing concerns. During this session, Kimberly will reassess the mother and baby's feeding dynamics, evaluating improvements in latch, positioning, and overall breastfeeding technique. This follow-up allows for the identification of any new challenges that may have arisen since the initial consultation, such as changes in the baby's weight gain or feeding patterns. Kimberly can provide tailored guidance on optimizing breastfeeding practices, including strategies for managing growth spurts or developmental milestones. The benefits for infants are substantial; consistent support helps ensure they receive adequate nutrition, which is crucial for their growth and development. Additionally, ongoing consultations foster a nurturing environment that promotes bonding, emotional security, and a positive feeding experience, ultimately contributing to the infant's overall health and well-being.
*You initial consult should be scheduled when your infant is 5 months or more. Your follow up visits are usually scheduled 1-3 weeks after your initial, depending on concerns and evaluations. If you need MORE THEN THREE follow ups with this package there is a $100 fee for each subsequent follow up.
