"In July 2022 I gave birth to my second baby and wanted to give breastfeeding my best shot. Nursing is not my jam so exclusively pumping and bottle feeding would be our journey together. After 5 weeks of piecing together this entirely new skill set, I sought Kimberly’s help because I was having very painful pumping sessions and nipple damage. What drew me to Kimberly was her specific expertise and experience with exclusive pumping, and it was really helpful that she made house calls! Kimberly measured me and helped find my proper flange size. She also answered my many questions and made several recommendations regarding pumping schedule + frequency, breast milk storage + organization and different products that make the process easier like LaVie massagers, bras etc. She even helped setup and explore the settings on a new pump I just hadn’t gotten around to yet because I was already overwhelmed. Our consultation exceeded my expectations and her ongoing support via text has been invaluable. I’ve made it 5 months exclusively pumping and even built a small freezer stash of 253 oz. — I couldn’t have made it this far without her, I’m so grateful!"
On Going Support Package $550 - SAVE $364
One Initial Consultation - 90min
An initial consultation typically includes a comprehensive assessment of the mother and baby's breastfeeding journey. During this session, Kimberly will gather detailed information about the mother's medical history, previous breastfeeding experiences, and any specific concerns or challenges she may be facing. Kimberly will observe a breastfeeding session to evaluate the baby's latch, feeding patterns, and overall effectiveness of breastfeeding. Additionally, she provides personalized recommendations tailored to the family's needs, which may include techniques for improving latch, addressing pain, or enhancing milk supply. The benefits of this consultation are significant; it empowers parents with evidence-based information, fosters confidence in their breastfeeding abilities, and establishes a supportive relationship that can lead to a more successful breastfeeding experience. *This consult will also include an oral assessment, flange fitting, weighted feed, breast pump set up, bottle recommendations (if needed) and more!
Five Follow Up Consultations - 60 min each
A follow-up consultation is essential for monitoring the progress of breastfeeding/infant feeding and addressing any ongoing concerns. During this session, Kimberly will reassess the mother and baby's feeding dynamics, evaluating improvements in latch, positioning, and overall breastfeeding technique. This follow-up allows for the identification of any new challenges that may have arisen since the initial consultation, such as changes in the baby's weight gain or feeding patterns. Kimberly can provide tailored guidance on optimizing breastfeeding practices, including strategies for managing growth spurts or developmental milestones. The benefits for infants are substantial; consistent support helps ensure they receive adequate nutrition, which is crucial for their growth and development. Additionally, ongoing consultations foster a nurturing environment that promotes bonding, emotional security, and a positive feeding experience, ultimately contributing to the infant's overall health and well-being.
*Your follow up visits are usually scheduled 1-3 weeks after your initial, depending on concerns and evaluations. If you need MORE THEN FIVE follow ups with this package there is a $100 fee for each subsequent follow up.
