Back to Work Package $350 - SAVE $274
One Initial Consultation - 90min
(Pumping and breast pump set up) An initial consultation typically includes a comprehensive assessment of the mother and baby's breastfeeding journey. During this session, Kimberly will gather detailed information about the mother's medical history, previous breastfeeding experiences, and any specific concerns or challenges she may be facing. Kimberly will observe a breastfeeding session to evaluate the baby's latch, feeding patterns, and overall effectiveness of breastfeeding. Additionally, she provides personalized recommendations tailored to the family's needs, which may include techniques for improving latch, addressing pain, or enhancing milk supply. The benefits of this consultation are significant; it empowers parents with evidence-based information, fosters confidence in their breastfeeding abilities, and establishes a supportive relationship that can lead to a more successful breastfeeding experience. This consult will include flange fitting, breast pump set up, bottle recommendations (if needed) and more!
Three Follow Up Consultations - 60 min each
A follow-up consultation is essential for monitoring the progress of breastfeeding/infant feeding and addressing any ongoing concerns. During this session, Kimberly will reassess the mother and baby's feeding dynamics, evaluating improvements in latch, positioning, and overall breastfeeding technique. This follow-up allows for the identification of any new challenges that may have arisen since the initial consultation, such as changes in the baby's weight gain or feeding patterns. Kimberly can provide tailored guidance on optimizing breastfeeding practices, including strategies for managing growth spurts or developmental milestones. The benefits for infants are substantial; consistent support helps ensure they receive adequate nutrition, which is crucial for their growth and development. Additionally, ongoing consultations foster a nurturing environment that promotes bonding, emotional security, and a positive feeding experience, ultimately contributing to the infant's overall health and well-being.
*You initial consult should be scheduled at least 2-3 weeks BEFORE you return to work. This is in hopes you have a freezer stash or you'd like to start one.
