• One Initial Consultation - 90min  
  An initial consultation typically includes a comprehensive assessment of the mother and baby's breastfeeding/pumping journey. During this session, Kimberly will gather detailed information about the mother's medical history, previous breastfeeding/pumping experiences, and any specific concerns or challenges she may be facing. Kimberly will observe a pumping set up and session to evaluate how well you are responding to your pump and making sure your flange size is correct. Additionally, she provides personalized recommendations tailored to the family's needs, which may include techniques for improving pump settings, addressing pain, or enhancing milk supply. The benefits of this consultation are significant; it empowers parents with evidence-based information, fosters confidence in their pumping and breastfeeding abilities, and establishes a supportive relationship that can lead to a more a successful pumping experience. *This consult will also include a flange fitting, pumping schedule recommendations, bottle recommendations (if needed) and more!

• Three Follow Up Consultations - 60 min each
  A follow-up consultation is essential for monitoring the progress of pumping and addressing any ongoing concerns. During this session, Kimberly will reassess the breast pump and flange sizing dynamics, evaluating any needed improvements. This follow-up allows for the identification of any new challenges that may have arisen since the initial consultation. Kimberly can provide tailored guidance on optimizing breastfeeding/pumping practices, including strategies for managing growth spurts or developmental milestones. The benefits for infants are substantial; consistent support helps ensure they receive adequate nutrition, which is crucial for their growth and development. 

*Mothers and parents should be pumping 2-3x or more to qualify for this package. Your follow up visits are usually scheduled 1-3 weeks after your initial, depending on concerns and evaluations. If you need MORE THEN THREE follow ups with this package there is a $100 fee for each subsequent follow up.
